a check or money order for $27.95 per book directly to them. Shipping and handling have been waived during this period. Money orders
ship immediately but please allow a 7 day delay in shipping if sending a personal check.

If you provide an email address, you will receive notification when your order has shipped that also contains the estimated arrival date.
